Terms of Service
This translation is for convenience only. The English version is the binding one.
These terms apply to the CastMany service at castmany.com and dashboard.castmany.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
What CastMany does
You send one live stream to a CastMany ingest address. CastMany forwards it, unchanged, to the streaming platforms you configure. CastMany does not record, store or alter your video.
Your account
- Keep your dashboard password and stream keys private. Anyone with your CastMany stream key can publish to your destinations.
- You are responsible for what you stream and for complying with each destination platform's own rules (Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok). CastMany may suspend an account used for content that violates those rules or the law.
- One account is for one streamer. Sharing an account or relaying a stream on someone else's behalf needs our agreement.
Connected platform accounts
When you connect a platform account (for example YouTube through Google sign-in), you authorise CastMany to use that account only for the features described in our Privacy Policy: fetching your stream key, reading or updating your broadcast title, and reading viewer counts. You can disconnect at any time. Use of YouTube features is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
Plans, demos and payment
Demo accounts are limited in streaming hours and duration and may be suspended when the limit is reached. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance; the price and included destinations are shown on castmany.com. You can cancel at any time; the service stays active until the end of the paid period.
Fair use
Each plan includes a bandwidth allowance. Streams that consistently exceed it may be asked to move to a larger plan. CastMany may throttle or suspend a stream that endangers the service for other customers.
Availability
CastMany is run by a small team and offered as is. We aim for the service to be available whenever you stream, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we are not liable for lost viewers, revenue or content resulting from an outage, a platform change, or a mistake in your configuration. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the previous month.
Ending the service
You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard or by email. We can end an account with 30 days' notice, or immediately for abuse. Stored data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect.
