Privacy Policy

Effective 18 September 2026

CastMany is a multistreaming service: you send one live stream to us and we forward it to the platforms you choose (Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok). This page says what we store to do that, and what we never do with it.

What we store

Google and YouTube data

CastMany uses the YouTube Data API. By connecting a YouTube account you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service; Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

With the youtube permission we only do the following on your behalf: read the ingest address and stream key of your live streams, read and update the title of your active or upcoming live broadcast, and read the concurrent viewer count while you are live. We do not read your subscriptions, watch history, comments or private videos, we do not upload videos, and we do not use YouTube data for advertising or share it with anyone.

You can revoke CastMany's access at any time from your Google account permissions or with the "Disconnect" button in your dashboard, which deletes the stored tokens immediately.

How we use it

Only to run the service for you: to receive your stream, to publish it to your destinations, to show you its status, and to answer your support requests. We do not sell or rent any of it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it lives and who can see it

Your data is stored on servers we rent in the European Union. Each customer runs in an isolated container with its own encrypted-at-transport dashboard; other customers cannot reach it. The operator of CastMany can access it for support and maintenance. Platform stream keys and tokens are never shown in the dashboard after they are stored.

The live video itself is relayed in memory and is not recorded or stored by CastMany.

Third parties

Your stream is sent to the platforms you choose, under their own terms. Demo requests and service alerts may be posted to a private Discord channel used by the operator. If you connect TikTok through the Streamlabs sign-in, Streamlabs receives your TikTok login under its privacy policy.

How long we keep it

As long as your account is active. When your account is deleted, its data (including stored tokens and keys) is removed within 30 days. You can ask for deletion at any time by email.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or export it. Email hello@castmany.com.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect.
